Illmatic PPF is not responsible for installation outcomes or application errors

3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated
Illmatic PPF reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion
If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Shipping and Delivery

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns may be accepted at Illmatic PPF’s discretion under the following conditions:
The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
A return request is made within 14 days of delivery
Proof of purchase is provided
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping costs are non refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
All products sold by Illmatic PPF are subject to manufacturer warranty terms where applicable.
Paint Protection Film and Ceramic Coating warranties:
Cover manufacturer defects in material only
Require proper installation and maintenance
May require annual inspections by authorized installers
Do not cover installation errors, misuse, environmental damage, or normal wear
Illmatic PPF does not provide any independent warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Illmatic PPF shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use its products, including but not limited to:
Installation errors or improper application
Damage to vehicle surfaces including paint or trim
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of use, revenue, or business
In all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
